Not right? Here's how returns and refunds work.
What's eligible
Unopened, undamaged items can be returned within the eligible window. Damaged or incorrect items are always eligible — let us know on delivery or as soon as you notice.
Perishables & exclusions
For food safety, perishable and personal-care items may be non-returnable once accepted, unless they arrived damaged or expired.
How to start a return
Open the order under Account → Orders and contact support, or reach us via the Contact page. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit.
